Is Rewati paid by RenewableUK? "AN “ARMY of eco-warriors” is being hired by wind farm lobbyists to fight for onshore farms in one of the most beautiful parts of Britain, writes Kirsty Buchanan." toryaardvark.com/2012/03/12/renewableuk-hiring-hippies-to-protest-for-wind-farms/#more-19153

Unless Rewati discloses which energy firm they are being paid by I will consider him/her a paid propagandist.

In true Gleeeekian alarmist form I have an admission of guilt signed by Rewati him/her self....

"I Rewati am a paid shill of industry spreading lies lies and porky pies. Signed Ruwati"

It is now up to Rewati to provide ALL relevant documentation, inclusive of tax returns and email correspondence with all of his/her associates, to prove my statement is untrue.

2010 Mark (Sneezy) Serreze "I stand by my previous statements that the Arctic summer sea ice cover is in a death spiral. It’s not going to recover,”

2012 Mark (Sneezy) Serreze "Is Arctic ice in a death spiral? Maybe not yet, but it’s in big trouble,” Mark Serreze, director of the National Snow and Ice Data Center, recently told ABC News.

Who (except us deniers) woulda' thunk that?!?!?!

EU tu Poland? "The European Union’s ambitious low carbon plan collapsed yesterday when Poland vetoed plans to reduce greenhouse gas emissions drastically after 2020. The move is the latest stage in the ignominious failure of EU carbon policy that has seen a grandiose carbon trading system bog down in a quagmire of scandal and price collapse. Europe will meet its current carbon reduction goals less because of any serious action than because the continent’s economic crisis brought on by the poorly constructed euro experiment has stalled economic growth." blogs.the-american-interest.com/wrm/2012/03/10/another-eu-greenfail-as-poland-vetoes-carbon-targets/

As EU law requires unanimous consent for new carbon targets to be set I'm wondering how long it will take for the Euroczars to perform an 'end run' around Poland and change the law to suit their own purposes?

Ahhhhhhhhhhhhhh Eurodemocracy... coming soon to Obamerica?

Jupiter-Venus closest conjunction tonite! Take your kids out at dusk and look to the west... the brightest is Venus the dimmer of the two, Jupiter. View at dusk as there will be no confusing stars visible at sunset and thus you can't miss them. 7X50 binoculars will show Jupiters moons quite well. newswatch.nationalgeographic.com/2012/03/09/night-sky-news-venus-and-jupiter-main-event/venus-jup-skytel/

If you are very lucky you MIGHT see Mercury near the horizon although it is a notoriously difficult sight!! :o

It's official

The South East of England is in a drought situation, hosepipe bans in place by April 4.

Wow the warmists are gonna love that aren't they?

Really, I ask you, a drought in a country surrounded by water, although I like the English and like living in England, this is one aspect that really hacks me off , the way the water industry has shirked its responsibility for 30 years.

If this was China, people would be arrested, tried and shot for such incompetence.

More Alarmist predictions based on MODELS. www.vancouversun.com/technology/Greenland+sheet+melting+would+irreversible+study/6286882/story.html

The study was done by scientists from the Potsdam Institute for Climate Impact Research (PIK) and the Universidad Complutense de Madrid.

The same shrubs who when confronted with empirical observations refuting their theory could only stammer. "But But the Models show... notrickszone.com/2011/05/18/skeptics-and-alarmists-clash-at-climate-conference-german-scientists-call-pik-scientific-position-weak/ Quote:
...
The scientific position and ability of PIK scientists during that meeting was rather weak. Whenever they had to agree that observation do not show any special increase neither in extreme weather, temperature nor sea level and so on, they mentioned: ‘But our models show…’ “

That their science is weak ought not be a surprise. What else could one possibly expect from a science that ignores observations and relies on models?

Vote for Mike Mann at the daily KOS www.dailykos.com/story/2012/03/09/1072828/-Michael-Mann-is-a-Modern-Hero-and-we-need-to-acknowledge-that-

Don't bother with the article (same old same old) but there is a poll at the bottom... most popular response "(M Mann) is distorting evidence to prove his point" at 73%. (1634 votes). Least popular "(M Mann) Is an outstanding scientist and human being" 5 votes!!!!!!

Vote early and vote often!
