Free-for-all Topics and Discussion: Sept. 26, 2012

It's hump day in the States, which means only one thing: Share your posts, pics, and links on anything you like related to global-warming news and events. And if you haven't seen this astounding deep-space video from Hubble, check it out now. "It combines more than 2,000 images of a small window of outer space, taken over the course of a decade."
Other item of interest: Tired of the words skeptic, denier, and their ilk? Know of a better word to describe persons who find fault with the theory of man-made global warming? Share it in the comments after the jump. Be curious to see what other people think now that the MSM and eco-warriors have given these words such negative connotations.
You can also post to our Facebook page, Google Plus, or Twitter feed or check them for stories as well. Keep it clean, civil, with just a touch of snark for flavor. Use the "Report to Administrator" link beneath inappropriate/spam comments. Thanks!

I prefer to call them "Climate Realists."
"It is entirely appropriate to disagree with specific actions or policies aimed at addressing climate change while accepting the clearly established findings of climate science," the authors wrote. "And while it is appropriate to question new science as it emerges, it is misleading to reject or sow doubt about established science — in this case, the overwhelming body of evidence that human-caused climate change is occurring."
I guess 'overwhelming body of evidence' is socialist speak for lots of funky models.
Obviously THEY, the alarmists, are overwhelmed. But the rest of us are still waiting for even some underwhelming evidence from them. So far they can't even manage that.
I laughed when they quoted sCeptical sKience like they had even a shred of credibility.
