Yes anne, our new dictator can indeed do this. Congress can also deny him the funds to carry it out.

Executive orders were designed to effect the President's administration only. Washington issued 8 in his two terms.

NOAA claims hundreds of all time temperature records in 2012 in the US.

Slight problem - only a handful were operational in the 1930's.

Most only started up since the cold 1960's

Hi Joker,thanks for responding, it really gets at me when I think of our taxes to pay them to give their own views and not those of the people. Never mind one more night working and then off for 4 days, a gin and tonic tomorrown night and a good book! Hope you and Mrs Joker are well and happy.

To stand up to a devotee of AGW is very brave, I could call on his son, Al Gore who will carry you on his wings to the very face of AGW and set you before his feet to beg for forgivness.
